How to become a COOPACSOL member in 3 steps

Becoming a COOPACSOL member is simpler than you think, and you can start the process online from wherever you are. Here we explain, step by step, how it works.

Step 1 — Complete your application

You can start your membership online through our form. You only need your personal details and a photo or scan of your ID or passport. The full process takes between 20 and 30 minutes.

Step 2 — An officer contacts you

An officer from our International Desk (support in Spanish, English and Italian) reviews your application and gets in touch with you — usually within 24 business hours — to confirm the details and guide you.

Step 3 — You activate your account

Once your membership is formalized, we activate your account and your access to NetPago, our digital management tool, so you can manage your funds from your phone, 24/7.

How much does it cost and what do you bring?

To join you bring RD$2,500. But note: only RD$500 is a real cost (the membership fee). The other RD$2,000 stays as your money inside the cooperative: RD$1,000 initial deposit and RD$1,000 capital contribution, which makes you a co-owner.

  • RD$500 — membership fee (only real cost).
  • RD$1,000 — initial deposit (stays in your account).
  • RD$1,000 — capital contribution (makes you a co-owner).
