Protecting your money starts by recognizing the signs of a fraud attempt. Scammers often exploit haste, fear or trust. Here are five warning signs to always keep in mind.
1. They ask for your full password or code
COOPACSOL will never ask you for your full password, your PIN or verification codes by phone, WhatsApp or email. If someone does, it's fraud. Do not respond.
2. They pressure you with urgency
Messages like "your account will be blocked in 10 minutes" aim to make you act without thinking. A serious institution never pressures you like that: take your time and verify through official channels.
3. The link or sender doesn't match
Always check the email address and links. Scammers use addresses similar to, but not identical to, the official ones. When in doubt, don't click.
4. They contact you through an unofficial channel
Verify that you are communicating with our real channels: [email protected], +1 (829) 954-8128 or WhatsApp +1 (829) 638-6430. Any other contact posing as COOPACSOL is suspicious.
5. Offers too good to be true
Unrealistic returns or prizes you never requested almost always hide a scam. If it sounds too good, be suspicious.
